Queen angel fish (Holacanthus ciliaris)

The adult queen angel overall body color can be described as blue to blue-green with yellow wheels on their scales. Their pectoral fins and ventral fins are also yellow, but the lips and the edges of their dorsal fins and anal fins are dark blue. Queen Angelfish is also known to have blue marks around each gill cover. All children have a dark blue body with yellow lips, gills and tail and vertical bars are light blue and white. The Queen Angelfish can live to 15 years in the nature and extent of up to 45 inches long. Queen Angelfish are about 3 ½ pounds.
